Dr Pappo is awsome as well as all his employees, first doctor to actual read my medical records. That was 7-8 years ago he's made a difference in the quality of my life and I would like to say thank you
If I could choose zero, I would. This office cares very little about patient care & very much about making money. I rec'd a cortisone shot which was effective. I was asked to return for a follow-up that was completely useless & lasted 45 seconds (how are you & let's set you up for physical therapy at my other office). That was to charge another $120 which was billed to my insurance. I ended up paying $360 for the injection myself but they attempted to bill my insurance over 1K.
