Never have I ever had such horrific customer service. A employee at this location was the worst with no education.I can't explain how they have people working like this. Came in to the office and since I started filling out paperwork I could sense the bad energy of this employee as I finished. I said are you having a bad day and she replied you were rude on the phone and I said excuse me she said you were rude on the phone I said why because I asked if you give reminder calls.
