They are really great and empathetic staff. I was in and out within 30 minutes after the intake forms for my free hearing test.
Overall, 1st time visit, exam thorough. All staff very pleasant, helpful. Dr Torres very knowledgeable. More accurate review after one month trial completed.
I was disappointed the way this office does business. I asked for recommendations for hearing aid products because they said my hearing aid batteries could not be replaced. I made an appt for the exam and when I went to pick up the hearing aids, I was told they chose the best product that saved me “lots of money”. They didn’t explain the difference in the products or the prices. When I asked what the difference was between different models the Dr replied “technology” with no explanation. I want to tell you that I've never had such a great experience getting hearing aids hearing life in Mesa has been great to me and I thank the doctor that helped me everyone there in the office are super nice thank you so much I'm able to hear now and the technology has changed so much from the last hearing exam that I had years ago I'm very happy and I recommend hearing life to everyone thank you
