We're snowbirds from out of state and had a hearing aid go bad. They do a lot repairs, unfortunately ours had to be sent out. They were so helpful. They couldn't have been any nicer. Jess is a sweetheart. Everyone was so attentive and kind. We're going to buy our next set here. Thank you so much because we really had no idea what to do.
This is my 4th pair of hearing aids. David at Hearing Life Mesa is great! He shows me all the adjustments on the computer and explains what my hearing aids are programmed to do. I can always get an appointment for more questions. Dr. Torres got the impacted wax out of my ears - so great to have that right in the save office!
Such a caring place, the service is top notch..
