Thank you Shauna and LifeSound hearing staff for taking such great care of my mom. I finally talked her into getting her hearing tested and the results showed that she really needed hearing aids. Shauna showed her different options and we decided on a model that had the features she needed and fit within her budget. The follow up care - adjustments and training - helped Mom adjust to wearing them and she is very happy. I appreciate that they don't charge for follow up visits and their prices were good.
