We had such a wonderful experience with Jess Collins! Even though we weren’t existing clients, she patiently listened to our unusual request and treated us as if we had been customers for years. She was incredibly attentive, cleaned our Oticon Intent hearing device, diagnosed and corrected the echoing issue, and even provided complimentary replacement domes. HearingLife is the perfect audiology and hearing to go to. People are friendly and thorough. Dr. Do is the best and only audiologist that we have found. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
This was my one year followup appointment. Dr Torres was very good to help with a couple of concerns . After retesting my current hearing status some adjustments were made to improve the effectiveness of my Phonak Audeos. Hopefully all goes well. If any adjustments need to be made Hearing life is available. I'm happy with the followup and service.
