This place is a joke! If you cherish your life would not recommend. Staff is rude, and no one is capable of actually helping.
We’ve texted, left several voicemails, etc! They sent in RXs that need more information from the doctor etc and it’s just ghosted. The pharmacy can’t do anything… it’s sad how they take your money for appointments and yet ghost you after…
Dr. Singh is the best endocrinologist I've ever seen. I've had Diabetes since 1977. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is also kind and has helped me immensely. I see people complaining about getting through to the office, but they always call me back when I leave a voice message or a message through the patient portal.
Schedules patients at the wrong location!!
This place is a joke. They don't answer the phone. They do everything through text message. They take months to send prescription refills in. They will not fill out paperwork to get things. Approve through insurance. They don't want to do their job. They have signs everywhere that say don't yell at staff. I think the only reason why you have to put signs up like that. It's because they don't do their job and people are at their wit's end. Do not recommend this office
