Finally a GREAT provider!! I just transferred to this practice from an endocrinologist in Gilbert. My A1C was over a 10 when I came to this practice. Lyndsay Johnson listened to all my concerns, put me on the correct medication, educated me and along with lifestyle changes , my A1C is now under a 6. Dr Singh is amazing! Ive been going to the san Tan Valley office for awhile now. She truly really cares for her patients.
Dr. Singh is the best endocrinologist I've ever seen. I've had Diabetes since 1977. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is also kind and has helped me immensely. What upsets me, is that i left 2 messages this week because my insurance is suddenly refusing to cover the amount of Omnipods i get each month. All i need is for my doctor to call in a new prescription, changing only the amount i get from 15 to 10. That’s it. Now they are closed for the weekend. This place is a joke! If you cherish your life would not recommend. Staff is rude, and no one is capable of actually helping.
We’ve texted, left several voicemails, etc! They sent in RXs that need more information from the doctor etc and it’s just ghosted. The pharmacy can’t do anything… it’s sad how they take your money for appointments and yet ghost you after…
