The level of neglect at this office is frustrating and outrageous. To start, it is impossible to communicate with them through any human channel; they force you to do the entire process and booking online. After waiting patiently for two months for my medical appointment, I arrive at the clinic only to find out I’m not even in their system. I am very unhappy with the communication with this place. Even with their new Healow messaging app, I am still struggling to get an urgent need met. My DME is also having issues getting in contact with someone from here. All that is needed is a signature from my provider for my DME to ship an order for my insulin pump supplies and it has been nearly 2 weeks and my supply order has still not been processed because of the lack of authorization from my provider. Cannot get through the phones, tried calling multiple times. I actually had to walk into the office just to speak to the office manager. She informed me they are short staffed, phones are not working. Dr Singh is rude and interrupts while speaking even after she asks a question. She talks fast, asked her to slow down to try to understand what she was saying, she just kept being rude. One of the most unprofessional doctor offices I have ever been to. Dr Singh is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough at each appointment and has a very caring nature. She has taken me from a difficult diabetic to normalcy in my A1c. I absolutely love her, and would highly recommend her.
