My grandmother comes here for her checkups and appointments, today felt different. I’m supper disappointed in the staff today. My grandmother had to get blood drawn out. The guy that did it put the needle in 4 times because he couldn’t find the vein. My grandmother now has 3 bruises because of it. If the guy was learning why wasn’t their a supervisor or someone their to watch him and if he wasn’t learning how come the next nurse was able to do it in one go without hurting my grandmother. I had a primary care physician change/transfer here and the whole process and time was so seamless and patiently easy all thanks to Maria who helped me and walked me through the whole ordeal. I’m very thankful 5 out of 5 stars because of her amazing work and service

The nice clerk forwarded my call to the referral team that was suppose to help me but they didn't answer twice !!
