I've been seen by Dr Choudhri for 8 years. I have severe COPD. He is the kindest most compassionate Dr that I've ever seen. He and his office staff, especially Liz, are the BEST. (2 years later) Liz has retired. The office and staff since covid , to me, has dramatically changed . Seems rushed, not very accommodating as in the past. Covid burn out?
Dr. Choudhri gave us the Bum's rush and was NOT helpful, caring, or personable AT ALL!!!!! Then, adding insult to injury, the front desk girl was a snot as well!!! They didn't get an rx sent to the oxygen company as promised, nor do they care about old people or their health. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
1st I want to say when writing A review about a professional it would be nice if we could keep our reviews about the professional not office staff our feelings got hurt we were not prepared so it was all their fault rather let's keep these reviews about the professional so that others that need their specialty can get the good qualified help they need. My mom was diagnosed with tracheobronchialmalacia (TBM) . I asked him if they would treat with surgery or if we had to find an ENT specialist. He chuckled at me in a very demeaning way and said there is no treatment or surgery for TBM. He told me it was his recommendation she just keeps her C-Pap on 24/7 and she should be ok. I told him the name of the surgery and he said he would have to research it. Why does this man have hospital rights for treatment. He should not be licensed.
Can I give ZERO stars? Because I would. This man — a doctor! — spent four whole minutes with my 80-year-old mother who was clearly in lots of pain, couldn’t breathe and barely made it to this appointment physically. He tapped on her back, asked MAYBE a question or two (also clear, he hadn’t bothered to look at the extensive amount of paperwork she was required to complete), mumbled something about an X-ray — and got up to leave!
