I am deeply disappointed with the cardiology clinic's handling of my recent call. A nurse called to instruct me to double my usual blood thinner dose based on a new target range in their system that I was hearing for the first time, pointing to a likely error or accidental change on their end. Do they ever answer phones?
I have been with east valley cardiology for 5 + years. I just turned 65 and got Medicare. The paper work to them is more important then the patient. Can not receive treatment until they are satisfied. Very disappointed.
