Outstanding repair shop. My Outback was diagnosed with having a cracked head gasket. Every other shop I contacted either quoted extraordinarily high or was condescending when I asked questions. I reached out to East Valley and not only did the respond with such professionalism and kindness, but understood my situation and was able to provide a reasonable quote. I\n Haven't actually gone to East valley auto for service, but I did talk to mark extensively about my concerns and engine problems on my Subaru forester sport, and he really took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through it in terms of head gasket, issues and other options I could possibly do in order to afford the repairs. Ultimately, I didn't use his service since my car was already at another shop with parts being installed.
