Thank heavens that there is a small hometown Pharmacy left! I couldn’t stand going to metro market since the new people took over about 6 months ago in Mukwonago. It now has a Walgreens feel, which I want to stay far away from. I’m so grateful that I found East Troy Pharmacy! If u r in a rush for a prescription, no more 90 min or a day later wait! Now, actual customer service & a place that actually cares about the customer! Yay! Thank u so very much for being you, ET Pharmacy staff!
I had to find out this place is closed for good when I tried to call and was redirected to walgreens. No email no text no nothing. My son was left with out his medication and we wouldn't have known about the closure if it wasnt for a friend notifying us. I had no issue in the past and the staff was helpful This review is directed only at the people running this business. It's sad to see a local business go.

I'm so very thankful that there is a small, locally-owned pharmacy left in Walworth county. After my pharmacy closed Keith was happy to take on those who didn't want their scripts with a corporation. There were some frustrations over Walgreen not transferring my meds as requested but it eventually got worked out and I was able to pick up my meds before I ran out. Even with insurance frustrations. I gladly drive from Delavan to East Troy to stick with a locally-owned pharmacy.
