I've been seeing a therapist in this practice for a while now and have had a really great experience! I haven't had any issues with billing and insurance, everything is very professional. All of the counselors at this practice are LGBTQIA+ friendly, so I highly recommend using ETPS, particularly if you are queer.
My therapist, who I will refer to as K, was absolutely wonderful and I have nothing against her or the work she does. Whoever is in charge of their billing department on the other hand is absolutely way out of line. Harassing me multiple times via phone after I had already spoken to someone about the issue I was having with my insurance company (2 accounts, one of which should have already been closed) and proceeded to try and threaten me with a collection agency and also saying "you can run me my money".
