When I first rented the storage unit and opened the door, I did see mouse poop all over the edges of the storage unit, but wasn’t sure what to think of that but it definitely wasn’t clean. I’ve stored things in it over the past 10 months and when I just went to get Inside to get my childrens swim vest and beach towels and beach chairs, etc. there is mouse poop all over all of my belongings and all over everything. I paid for a unit online and never got a gate access code and there is no way to contact them except through email

This place is absolute garbage. First-one of their employees gives me a storage unit on a Sunday that I had to pay for beforehand obviously, when he wasn’t supposed to apparently. Then, when I asked for a refund he told me he wasn’t able to and had to wait for the manager. He said he was going to call the manager and get back to me and then never did. I had to call back multiple times before he answered again to give me an answer so I knew if I could leave or not. Then when I called the next day, again, it took a bunch of ti... read more
