Need to improve their communication skills and provide patient with better information. Devastated by outcome of Facial surgery which would have been avoided had I been given the alternative Referral I requested.
Fantastic staff and clinic with excellent parking. I was worried, wishing for an urgent appointment and they got me in within 48 hours. The staff and nurses are all so lovely and bubbly making you feel safe and comfortable. I'm significantly hearing impaired so communication is sometimes a battle for me but they made sure I understood everything and we shared giggles. The private parking is excellent and no need to worry about the busy school area at all. Very refreshing clinic and highly recommend them!
