Went a few times and saw the physician’s assistant, Melissa Morgan. She is very sweet and can give you any information you need. The 2 stars does not reflect her, she is excellent. But. I had recent surgery with Dr Young and had never met him before my surgery date. Surgery was completed, and I had some questions for a few days after regarding post op care, medications, and such. I went through years of constant colonoscopies. I constantly was bleeding Really bad and most days hurting. I've gone through several doctors, but Dr. Young and his partner, I forgot her name, found the problem with 1 visit and had me scheduled for surgery a few weeks out. Right after surgery, I had a problem with getting my medicine. I called the after-hours doctor. Young called within seconds and took care of the problem with the pharmacy. Dr. Jay and his staff are top notch!
We y to this doctor over 5 months,5 visits all scheduled at 1:30 pm,earliest I ever saw him was 4;30. After colonoscopy,CT scan, ultrasound,2 endoscopy, all he could say is I had a thickening of my colon wall. After 5 th visit, wrote me a prescription for extra strength Tylenol. Went to a different doctor, was put on table, with a 2 cent q tip pressed on the spot where all my pain was Diagnosed with a fissure and a fistula, found on Tuesday, fixed on Friday.
