*Update - 9/27/2024 - Unfortunately, my rating for Dr Young went from 5 to 1 today. I am very surprised and sad, because I really like him. Today, when he came into the exam room, he said "let me see it" and held out his hand for my phone. I didn't give it to him, so he grabbed the end of my phone, touching the screen, and tilted it toward him so he could see the screen, all while the phone was still in my hand and I had not given consent to touch my phone or view what was on it. Dr. Young is very caring, very intelligent and will take all the time you need to explain and break everything down in detail for you. His staff is absolutely amazing! They are so kind, and always do their very best to make sure you get the care you need!
I know that we all have our opinions about health care as everyone has an experience good or bad. I would like to express my opinion of Dr. Baker and Dr. Young. As a young lady, about 30+ years ago, I am 70 now, I was advised I needed to see a rectal doctor by my pcp and at the time I didn't have one so he recommended Dr. Baker and/or Dr. Young. I was able to get an appt. with Dr. Baker who was very thorough with my exam and not knowing anything about having colonoscopies he advised that I should have a screening. I ended up... read more
Everybody seems nice enough, but God help you if you call them and actually need anything. I also wasn’t informed that I’d be seeing the PA and not the surgeon. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t ever call anyone back! I’m not entirely sure I want to proceed with my surgery at this point, but I’ve waited too long to find a new specialist.
