I registered over a month ago but never received any response. I was told the person in charge was on annual leave. In the meantime, I’ve been unwell and unable to get any treatment. I went to A&E and called 111, but both advised me to go through my GP. Every time I visited the practice, I explained my situation, but no one helped me. I’ve been sick for more than a month now and feel completely ignored. It’s hard not to wonder if the lack of support is related to how I look or where I’m from. East tilbury surgery, Shocking, receptionist that thinks she is a doctor, doesn't understand how to have understanding or compassion , no customer service skills other than putting the phone down. Wouldn't recommend.

I got prescribed 3 different medications until they found out I didn’t need any of them three witch was very much a waste of my time and body so basically the whole time nothing was helping my skin at all untill I came in for the 3rd time and they told me what was wrong with my skin
