Booking was a breeze! Owners communicated all pickup instructions clearly. Met the rep in the parking garage downtown & we were on the road in no time! Trevor was very polite & a pleasure to deal with. The van was perfect for our long family roadtrip! We were about 10 minutes late on our return & the owners were extremely understanding. We will definitely be returning customers!

I rented a van for a family trip in June 2025. The process was great. It was easy. The van was clean. There was enough room for my family to all ride comfortably and listening to my singing. I will definitely be using this service every vacation.

I needed a 15 passenger van for a youth trip. Renting one be from East TX Van and Boat rental was a pleasant experience. I asked for a 15 passenger van with usb charging capability on each row. The van was clean, with black leather bucket seats. Bluetooth capable. The staff were prompt, friendly, and helpful. Also, the had the best rates in the area. I definitely would use them again
