Repair done after some back and forth on what the issue is. I’m not sure that’s what the problem was anyway because my cutter won’t line up to replace the pin. I told him the cutter wasn’t working right and he said the tractor shutting down had nothing to do with it. But the main issue is when I asked for an itemized receipt to show what parts were put on. They about had a fit over something so simple and state they are not trying to rip me off. That wasn’t even a thought to me, but now I’m wondering why they said that. Hmmm... read more

We had an excellent experience with East Texas Tractor. They came out the very next morning and got our tractor working again. They also for free pulled my partner's F-250 that was stuck out of the pasture. Can't say enough good about these guys.

Matt replaced a starter and repaired chewed up wires (rat)on my tractor paid 1100+. A few days after he brought it home I went to mow, PTO light wouldnt light up (was working when he took it) and bushhog wouldnt work. Called him and he said it cost him to much in gas to drive the 52 miles...he finnaly said he would come look at it...never did....called again..said he would be there tomorrow 9am....no show..now wont answer phone or text... Highly unreliable and untrustworthy. I would not recommend to anyone....

Worthless! First time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes but never did. I eventually called him back and set up a time for him to come to my place and take a look at my tractor issue. Jerk never showed and never answered my text. Guess he thinks his time is more important. I hate lazy and non dependable
