Top notch. The process was made extremely easy by this professional team. Everything was explained to me and all my questions answered by the office crew before the installation. Install crew was friendly, worked efficiently together and were completely done and gone by 1pm. Definitely would recommend.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND East Texas septic services. I contacted them back in November to have them give me an estimate for some land clearing. After 2 weeks of nobody calling me back, I contacted them yet again. 5 days later Randy finally called back and scheduled a time to come out to give an estimate. After they came and gave the estimate I contacted them two weeks later to have them start the job and again nobody ever called me back. Hired to take out liquid and solids from our tank. As previous review. I asked if we needed water available to insure tank would be clean. Was told NO. Broke our septic tank lid. Called twice hear why we couldn’t have the mud taken out of the tank that is the same consistency of solids. Was told it would ruin their pumps. Understood. But when asked if they could do anything else to help or recommend a solution or another company. Told that no other solution than deal with it ourselves.
