Wendy Starnes is the best NP in Longview. She treats both my husband and myself. She is upfront with answers to all information she provides. Her straight forward approach is appreciated and she has never provided us with questionable information. She is a pleasure to work with.
Wendy is by far the most amazing provider there is!!! Each time I see her she is thorough and caring. I’m always impressed by her going above and beyond for us.
I had an appointment scheduled here months in advance, as I live six hours out of town and needed to plan accordingly. The appointment was canceled via voicemail at 7:00 AM on the morning of the visit. I attempted to call back several times to reschedule but was unable to reach anyone. It has now been two weeks and no one from the office has contacted me with an explanation or to schedule a new appointment. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.
