Since they deleted my original review, I’ll make it again… I had an appointment to remove my upper left wisdom tooth, as was written on my intake form. When Dr Andy Mack came in for the consult he was irritated by the incorrect xray on the wall and I believe only half listened to my concerns. The extraction went smoothly until I changed the gauze the first time and realized I was missing a jaw tooth instead of the wisdom tooth that should have been pulled.
