Since they deleted my original review, I’ll make it again… I had an appointment to remove my upper left wisdom tooth, as was written on my intake form. When Dr Andy Mack came in for the consult he was irritated by the incorrect xray on the wall and I believe only half listened to my concerns. The extraction went smoothly until I changed the gauze the first time and realized I was missing a jaw tooth instead of the wisdom tooth that should have been pulled. I had the most wonderful experience here. It really felt like it only took seconds to do. I didn't feel a thing. Hands down the most pleasant trip to the dentist in all of my life. Everyone in the office is so sweet and helpful. They made me feel so welcome. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Thanks East Texas Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates!!

I had to have multiple Extractions and Dr Luke Mack and his team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did everything possible to make my experience a good one. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had a lot of dental issues throughout my life. And with traveling it’s hard to get things done promptly. Thank you to Dr. Andy Mack and his wonderful staff for getting me in same day and making things happen! You guys are wonderful!! I had one extraction with sedation, couldn’t find my dental coverage, called my HR team in Alberta and the team at Andy Mack’s office had it figured out in 2 min. Thanks to everyone that made it happen!
