We used this EMS service today for my mother. We waited for the ambulance for over an hour at the hospital not realizing the EMS personal had gotten her name wrong. They grabbed a folder from her home that that had my name and my info on it. The hospital worker finally came out to the waiting area not realizing they were confused as well. This could have been a dangerous situatuation with my meds and my moms meds being different.

These people are useless! Two men came out and while one attended to my dad, the other wandered around in my house and looked over everything... Not what I was expecting... Needless to say, I won't be calling them again. They are no help at all.

I don't know If my cousin just Lived at the wrong address to need an AMBULANCE today or IF the 2 people that wore the uniform of East Texas Medical Center Transportation Services hijacked the Ambulance or if they were Complete Frauds.... When the ambulance arrived to pick up my cousin which probably had a light stroke and had fallen twice today, they left the gurney outside of her apartment, They came in, did not ask any pertinent questions,Did not check her blood pressure, temperature, and did not check her pulse.They did n... read more
