I was looking to find a good place to talk to a hearing doctor my insurance person suggested I use East Texas Hearing Solutions. I got great service, I would go to them again and again. The best service I have had since I came to Texas.
Knowable and caring staff
Everyone was friendly, good knowledge about everything and helpful. There ws no sense of being rushed for information.
Once again we're leaving Dr. Beatty's hearing aid office with excellant results! If anyone needs to hear better, this is the place in Longview to go. Best place in Longview to buy hearing aids. Great Audiologist, Dr. Beatty because he takes his time during your hearing test and is relatable to your problems since he, himself has worn hearing aids for 40+ years. Their office manager, Paula is also very helpful. I highly recommend this office. J. D. Dudley
