The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, but my hearing aids just don't measure up to what I expected, even after several adjustments
I was pleased to get the helpful attention this morning . The people were very nice, friendly and helpful!
I was in need of new hearing aids, and after a thorough hearing test by Jerry, he gave me my options on which devices would work best for me to better hear with clarity and be able to hear myself talking, so I wasn’t always talking so loudly! I will continue in the future to use East Texas audiology for all my hearing needs!
