My visit was amazing! I have had hearing loss since the age of 2 and never has anyone taken the time to explain what my hearing loss means in real world applications such as speech comprehension and the different pitch levels affecting how my brain processes sound! Will certainly be continuing care with Kaufman location!
I was given a hearing exam at the Kaufman location. My results were good, thank goodness. My results were explained in detail and in terms that I could understand. I would recommend this company for hearing exams. I have no experience with them in regards to hearing aids.
Jason was courteous and thorough. He explained every procedure and test results. I’m looking forward to my next visit with him.
