The staff is great . Dr Nelson is very nice and takes her time and really cares for the patients. All my experience has been good.
Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. I love my provider! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and I can usually book to see her within the same week and not have to wait months like its been at other facilities for me. Overall very happy here.

I only gave you 2 Stars because I love Dr. Nelson!!! The staff is RUDE unprofessional and a true detriment to the service as a whole!!! My appt. Today was a reschedule from yesterday at 10am !!! Today my appointment was 1415 I arrived at 1350 they finally got me to the back I sat in exam room over a hour the building kept very HOT!!! THERE NO AIR MOVING IN THOS EXAM ROOMS!!! DR. Kay came in was super apologetic. We have simple visit but takes some time Then she tried get me in for blood work which they have screwed me around... read more
