Don't go see Victoria she'll miss diagnose the problem charge you the doctor's visit Tell you need prescriptions get you to spend all that money with no results. I call back in because I got no results and they want to charge another doctor's visit. Ask for anyone besides Victoria completely incompetent. 😡😡😡😡😡
Getting seen here is already like pulling teeth. Tried to get my wife in for a while, no one ever picks up the phone here. Front desk reception is constantly and consistently rude, and that's not even the worst part. The doctor we saw here - I can't remember his name at the time, but he's one from DFW, was so incredibly rude to my wife during the visit that I consider him extremely lucky that he hasn't been assaulted by a client yet. Told me no walk ins despite the website saying walk ins welcome, and also told me there wasnt even a doctor available. How do you run a clinic with no doctor.
Dr. Mettetal is amazing. He has a very good bedside manner and I felt comfortable talking with him during my visit. Thank you! From the front desk, to the rest of the staff ...Y'all are wonderful!
If I could give zero stars, I would! This clinic is an absolute joke! I made an appointment for my daughter‘s well check back in May, Scheduled for July 11. They called me the day before and said that Miss Victoria was on vacation and that I would have to push it back to mid August ( Causing my daughter to miss school, Which I try not to do).
