Specifically Tirsa Miller & her staff have given me only the best care since I've started going back to Genesis for about a year now. Every single person that took care of me today went above and beyond. I wasn't able to get all of their names but Ashley, one of the nurses, and Faith, who took my blood, were absolutely amazing. They are LGBTQ+ friendly which is 5 star worthy alone, especially for Texarkana. I couldn't speak higher of them. When trying to get an IUD placed thru Mrs.Wyatt's office , the nurse continues to tell me that they are waiting on a preauthorization from my insurance. After I contacted my commercial insurance directly.They said no preauthorization was submitted from their office. The insurance company also told me this process is only needed for people on medicaid. After posting on a local social media site about my experience the manager, Chelsea got involved and was able to explain what was happening and what the miscommunication was. I... read more
