I inherited a car located in Winnsboro and needed to get it to Houston. The car had not been driven in over a year and the tires were shot. I aired them up and prayed we would make the 7 mile trip to ETA. dropped the car off in the pouring rain and I had them mount a new set of tires, do an oil change and an alignment. I have tried all the other shops in town and have had only frustrating to dangerous experiences with their work. Lets just say in a difficult situation they proved themselves honest, trustworthy, attentive to detail, and dependable. They are by far the best in the area. I will be coming back.
Mr. Fennell is a great guy to deal with, his services are always incredibly quick and reliable. I’ve taken my car here a couple times and the problem I was experiencing is always fixed. This is the only mechanic I can say I recommend.
This would have been a 5 star. Service was good, they corrected the issue that the previous shop could not but I cannot help to deduct points for: • Aligning my car after replacing just about the entire front suspension and still not getting it properly aligned. • Leaving loose trim pieces in my car With the amount of work done to this car at their shop, and how much money was spent it's concerning that the 2 of the things were not done 100% of the way. GREAT WORK, GREAT TEAM, GREAT SERVICE, FAIR PRICING, and obviously they all CARE about how they run their business. AND, JOHN is actually an ASE CERTIFIED Master Technician (Hard to find one that has current/real certification.), and it showed with how he runs the business.
