This place truly deserves its 5-star rating. Dr. Bacon and her staff were so compassionate and patient, making my cat comfortable during his echo and taking the time to explain everything to me. I felt well-informed and genuinely cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Bacon regarding my pet's suspected PRAA and enlarged heart. Even though she didn’t personally examine my pet, she took the time to thoroughly discuss the situation with me, answer my questions, and help me understand what we were facing. I could not be more thankful for and delighted with this business. I have been there twice related to my dog’s heart murmur and hypertension and both times they have been kind and efficient and were very prompt about communication with my veterinarian and with me. We also had a bit of an urgency this time and they were able to accommodate us and my dog’s special needs. Dr. Laura Bacon is one of our favorite veterinary specialists. She is expert in her field, is very kind, welcoming and takes time to talk to and explain details to pet parents! Our cat Edgar required an echocardiogram before undergoing anesthesia for a procedure and Dr. Bacon and her staff were able to get him quickly scheduled for his echo. The results were double checked and quickly forwarded to Edgar’s Dental veterinarian with approval for anesthesia. Thank you so much to Dr. Bacon and her wonderful staff!
