I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office. The entire staff take their time with both animal and owner. In our case, they gave a thorough examination, diagnosed the issue(s) and then offered options. Before a suggested procedure was performed, they sent an itemized estimate offering both low end and high end possibilities. The follow-up communication from office visits and/or procedures have also gone above and beyond.

Last weekend, we had a terrible situation where two of my dogs escaped. One did not come back. Out of all the area vets offices that were contacted on the search for them, East Tennessee Veterinary Hospital staff were the only ones who showed concern and care. They were so very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. I’m giving this vet 2 stars for the politeness that came from the staff. However I do not recommend this vet. The Dr. that we seen did not advise me of the option I needed to take for my dog to survive instead she pushed meds on my dog when she was not eating or drinking, knowing these were not going to work. They were only interested in getting more money. The next day I ended up having to put my dog down. Im very disappointed in the service and how the this Dr handled this awful situation.

I had noticed my dog was suddenly itchy and found a small rash on her. I had just moved into the area days ago, and seeing as they were 5 minutes from my house, asked if they happened to have space for a walk in. They took me in last minute at the end of their morning hours to see my dog, and spent enough time looking over her to discover a flea despite me checking a number of times and seeing nothing! Did not feel rushed at all. Everyone I interacted with was so sweet and helpful! Thank you!
