Worst experience with a title company I’ve ever had in 60+ years. I was living out of state and I purchased a new mobile home on 2 acres of land. The mobile home was not detitled. I was told by Jennifer that she would have the seller bring the title for the home to closing, and that the seller would sign the title over to me before she released the funds.
