The owner tries to make you think he is there to help the customer and was raised to keep his word and not take advantage of people but then does just that by over charging when he couldn't even do the work. Will never use again and definitely don't recommend. Not an honest buisness man.
Called Mark with an issue. We had an issue yesterday and they called next morning and worked me in! Kevin and Will did a very great job and were very respectful. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again!!
I sure wish I could do more than 5 stars!!! Mark is the nicest man. I called desperate for help with my sewer drain totally blocked outside. It was pouring rain and terrible outside but his crew showed up and completely fixed my issue all within a couple hours! I was blessed to experience the quickness and complete resolution to my problem. Would recommend 10x over!!! Thanks Mark to you and your crew. 👍. You have my business for life!
I called this company after another prominent company tried to unstop our kitchen sink and charged me $525.00.East Tennessee Plumbing sent out Will and he did an excellent job in getting the sink unclogged and draining properly. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
