This is a great small business, prompt, polite and professional. Have used the many time, very good work every time. They just do the service, no upsell for a contract like I have had with other companies.
Always prompt response and good service. Every referral received from them for other contractors has also been spot on.
they came and did exactly what they said they would do and much less expensive than the other 4 plumbers I called for quotes.
Have used them multiple times and every time they do quality work. Got them through a home warranty company and insist that for any plumbing issue that they send Tennessee Plumbing out because of their thoroughness and excellent technicians.
The owner tries to make you think he is there to help the customer and was raised to keep his word and not take advantage of people but then does just that by over charging when he couldn't even do the work. Will never use again and definitely don't recommend. Not an honest buisness man.
