If I could give zero stars I would. I called to make an appointment and was told they take my insurance and that my appointment had been scheduled. The next day I receive a phone call from the appointment line and was informed my appointment had not been scheduled and they do not accept my insurance but could pay private or do the care credit. Sarah Johnson FNP is very good, clicks along at a pace. Tim Ballard is also excellent. Overall, one star less than 5 because of accuracy of office staff, calling in wrong Rx to wrong pharmacy when we had just verified that, and office notes inaccurate. But wouldn't change to another practice...everyone is trying.

I'm sad that I have to give Tennova Heart 1 star. When I'm there for my appointments, the people are nice enough. However, my biggest issue is that I cannot get their attention away from the office. This has been an ongoing issue for the duration of the time that I have been with them (which has been a couple years now). For instance, I had a CT scan and it took literally weeks for them to get back on the results. Today is Wednesday. On Friday, I asked for a refill on a prescription. I am appalled at the condition of the exam room chairs- I complained at my last appointment and I see absolutely NOTHING has been done ! I am afraid to even sit in them- beyond disgusting!
