The procedure I had and all staff involved was great. My problem was with office staff. When I checked in I had to pay what Medicare didn’t. I had already spoke with billing dept. I was assured that I would not have to pay anything due to my supplement insurance carrier was farm bureau plan F. Would not listen. Everyone in the office was very friendly. Didn’t have to wait very long to be called back. Dr. Harner is very personable and has a great personality. That makes me feel comfortable especially talking about what could be considered a delicate issue. Especially enjoyed the conversation with the nurse who took my vitals.
