I take my mother here every 6 weeks to get shots in her eye. I was told today, by a very rude nurse, that everyone should EXPECT to wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen every time they come there. I don’t believe anyone should expect that kind of wait and no one should be disrespected the way she disrespected me today. I was as nice as I could be to her. The doctor is nice enough and does a great job on the shots, but his staff is rude and they should really work on spreading out appointments so people don’t have to wait that long. ... read more
Husband had eye surgery and did great. The rabbit came and ate outside the window while I wated.
Dr Gallaher is the best very caring patient listen to your questions gives you answers. Fantastic staff very caring and friendly and no one is in a hurry. They provide excellent care and are just a phone call away!
Dr. Franklin and his team very efficient.
