My mother is seeing Dr. James Ray, and he ordered a MRI 4 weeks ago. They haven't call her with the results and she has been to the office several times but the only thing the receptionist does is take her name and number telling her the nurse will call her. We still haven't received a call. This is so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend any type of medical care in the Blount community, we get the same poor service and care from Blunt Memorial.
Dr ray did my gastric sleeve 12-16-2022 and did a awesome job and took his time and all his staff took very good care of me, hands down one of the best doctors around he is very sweet and caring
