My son and I shopped for snacks at the Dollar Tree store on Oceanside Boulevard located near the I-5 freeway in Oceanside California. As we approached the checkout stand, a security officer named A. Allen entered the store. He began a conversation with a very rude Dollar Tree employee named Lisea. Next a hispanic male walked in the store dressed in civilian clothing. A.
