Worst hospital ever. My experience raised serious concerns about patient safety, hygiene, communication, and billing transparency. Last minute incidental billing charges, lack of communication in delay waiting surgery, nursing team did not put the surgical bed rails up while waiting surgery and I was left alone for an hour and half outside the surgical theater with no access to call for help, witness surgical team using mobile phone inside the surgical theater - hygiene issue, the private room was so cold I had to wear outw... read more
