My mum has Dementia so this adds an extra layer of care. I was impressed with how patient, caring and supportive the staff were to her and me. The specialist and nurse were patient, respectful, and explained all of the options that were available. My Mum lives in a residential home so I didn't drive her there or back as she is in a wheelchair and my car is not appropriate. Unfortunately the hospital transport was going to be a 2 hour wait. I can't praise them enough! Excellent service
Very good NHS Emergency ward. Had to wake for a few hours to be seen/treated but this is totally acceptable for the under funded yet totally professional service and care that is provided 100/100
