I've had good experiences here with my two kids the last year. No vaccine push or anything like the other comments said in my experience.
Pushes vaccinations when kids are in for sick appointments with fevers. Makes you call next day at 7am for sick visit with children are visibly ill during call day prior. Poor bedside manner of most nurses. We have been there 6 years and finally transferred to Pediatrics of Westmoreland. 2 stars because the PAs & NPs there are always great . Everything else is blah
We came here following a doctor from another practice that we loved. She happend to leave and we stayed. Ever since it has been a terrible experience. If I didnt advocate for my kids on numerous occasions than they would have never got the treatment they needed. We would end up at Children's hospital. They sent my newborn home jaundice and not regulating his temp. They told me to just keep him near the window for sunlight. He was born in November on a rainy week with no sunlight. Very unprofessional and stuck in old ways. Talked bad to me, the parent, about not getting COVID vaccinated and called me selfish. Was absolutely zero help when my daughter was having behavioral issues... immediately after finding a new doctor we have a solution to help my daughter.
