Showed up for my first appointment and was waiting there for around 15 minutes and nobody had came to speak to me so I decided to walk to office next to it and asked if anybody was working there. The nice lady Next door pulled up my chart and said they CANCELLED my appointment without telling me .. very disappointed. My boyfriend took a half day to be here. Will not be using them to look after me and my child obviously .
Lauren L. by far has the worst customer service ever. Dr. Zuwala is amazing! Made me feel so comfortable.
Literally trying to call over and over again and nobody answers, and I call and get an automated person and then another person to transfer me back to where I was at the beginning. Too much annoyance and I can’t even schedule an appointment.
I had Dr Kelsie Mittereder. It was a great appointment. I was met with good news right off the bat, and then had every question answered, no matter how trivial. It was a very quick, easy experience.
Cancelled my appointment and now I can’t get one until PAST August 2024. I needed a refill on my birth control by then. Left in a position where I won’t be able to get it for who knows how long. Unprofessional
