Change name but still a dump! Careful handing cash to the reception people, they're quick with the hands and think you're dumb and won't notice that they're thieves. Prices on medications change erratically like they're making it up as they go along. One vet tells you different from the other, the help tell you different from the vets. The animal hospital has a thief! They have now changed their name to Pocono Peak Veterinary Hospital. Its no longer East stroudsburg veterinary Hospital. Judy Sutliff is now the hospital manager or whatever her title is. She was convicted in 2009 of stealing 96,000.00 from a disabled man! Its in the morning call newspaper so look it up. Dont let a thief of the disabled near your pets!
Dr. Sammie and Dr. Clair are the Best Dr. Sammie and Dr. Clair are top notch in my book. They are Kind and Compassionate to my dogs. My German Shepherd which sadly had to be put down after collapsing in my yard received the best medical attention from both these Vets. They came to my home to treat my dogs when I could not get them to their office. They saved the life of one of my German Shepherds whose spleen was about to rupture. THEY ARE THE BEST
Not good. This business is not on my good list due to a unconfirmed accusation against the local shelter which found it's way to the pocono record.Unprofessional vet creating hysteria due to diagnosing without the facts. Stay away.
So far, very impressed We recently transferred my diabetic cat to this clinic because our regular vet was kind of far and not as knowledgable about this disease. Dr. Keer, our new vet, is very caring, good with animals and treats the pet owner with respect. He listens, acknowledges that people are capable of doing their own research and is never condescending. His staff genuinely cares about the animals they treat. The prices may be a little higher than some other vets, but it is worth it for the quality of care involved.
