The management is very responsive; there are people living on the site who keep an eye on the units; and it's halfway between Asheville and Swannanoa.
John was FANTASTIC to work with. Very fair and a true pleasure to do business with! Very flexible, professional and nice.
The units are clean and the owners are on top with everything.I highly recommend this establishment.
