It was my first time going through the loan process and I was glad I had the help from Louisa and her team, Dale and William, handling my case. The entire process went through very smoothly, from getting a pre-approval letter that allows me to qualify for low down payment as well as to submit offers, to getting my loan approved in 10 days that lets me close escrow early.
