Original had an earlier appointment and was waiting for just over 30 mins which I thought was too long. I left as I had other appointments to manage that morning. I’m hind site I should had stuck it out. I was immediately contacted by the doctor on my cell, he apologized and explained the delay. What doctor would ever do that? Stopped by unannounced to get 6 year old granddaughters glasses refitted/realigned - we got both understanding and immediate help -- a very pleasant and friendly experience taking about 15 minutes and though we are not customers (we're from BC) their help was also en gratis. Optometrist was an hour behind. Seemed overwhelmed and unsure. Whole experience was awkward. Told me my vision had improved. Skeptical I got a second opinion and the prescription I was given from this clinic was not accurate. Very glad I didn’t pay for glasses.

Have been going to ESP eyecare for at least 5 years and they are amazing!!! Dr. Brett gives the most thorough exams and explains all that he's doing. Front line ladies Mary and Kim are very friendly and welcoming and always share a good laugh or 2. My husband and I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for great eye care!
