I’ve been seeing Dr Puttaert for many years. He has consistently been thorough, patient and kind in my exams. When he found out my disdain for the eye puff test, he pivoted and had the staff perform an alternative test. Mary, she exceeds my expectations! Gives great feedback and believe me when I say she can adjust a pair of glasses. With my newest pair, she had them ready to wear when I walked in without any other fitting! All the Staff make it a positive experience.

Original had an earlier appointment and was waiting for just over 30 mins which I thought was too long. I left as I had other appointments to manage that morning. I’m hind site I should had stuck it out. I was immediately contacted by the doctor on my cell, he apologized and explained the delay. What doctor would ever do that? He wanted me back later in the day. I return and was immediately give and room and a seat and was seen within minutes. We had a very pleasant discussion and I was treated to amazing care and service. Stopped by unannounced to get 6 year old granddaughters glasses refitted/realigned - we got both understanding and immediate help -- a very pleasant and friendly experience taking about 15 minutes and though we are not customers (we're from BC) their help was also en gratis.
