Stopped by unannounced to get 6 year old granddaughters glasses refitted/realigned - we got both understanding and immediate help -- a very pleasant and friendly experience taking about 15 minutes and though we are not customers (we're from BC) their help was also en gratis. Optometrist was an hour behind. Seemed overwhelmed and unsure. Whole experience was awkward. Told me my vision had improved. Skeptical I got a second opinion and the prescription I was given from this clinic was not accurate. Very glad I didn’t pay for glasses.

Have been going to ESP eyecare for at least 5 years and they are amazing!!! Dr. Brett gives the most thorough exams and explains all that he's doing. Front line ladies Mary and Kim are very friendly and welcoming and always share a good laugh or 2. My husband and I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for great eye care!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Puttaert for 8 years. I started as I had double vision, and they changed my life by helping correct the problem. No more migraines due to eye strain, and his breath of knowledge had me explore some solutions that helped the problem incredibly. Recently I asked for new lenses to upgrade my prescription and he undersold me and said to wait, instead giving me changes to my environment.
