I currently live out of state, so I have to mail my payment in and he is very understanding about how slow the mail is. He always lets me know when he receives the payment every month. He is always willing to work with you regarding the rent. He is very nice and laid back. Nowadays you don’t see businesses like this, usually the owners are rude and don’t care, but Derek is not like that. He is old school, he cares about the customers and I highly recommend East Spring Storage!
Great little storage facility. Has cameras, wish lighting was a little better at night, but other than that it’s a great place. Derek is very friendly and helpful. He’s always willing to work with you. Especially since I mail my payment from another state. I highly recommend East Spring storable.
