Do not rent a storage from this place. These people will not answer the phone or email for you. All of our stuff got destroyed from a leak in the roof. There was mold growing on all of our stuff. They would send messages after messages on a unit that we emptied out for 3 months and kept taking the money out of our account for that storage unit. I rented a unit at East Somerset Storage online, and the experience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, the unit was dirty and unusable as-is. The gravel driveway was extremely overgrown with weeds, in terrible condition, and so narrow it was difficult to access. The unit was filled with bugs and spiders. We had to clean it thoroughly ourselves just to be able to move in. I reached out multiple times to ask if they would treat for pests—no response. They continue to charge you months after the unit has been emptied and will not answer phone calls emails hand written letters or texts. This is the worst storage unit company I've ever in my life delt with.

The never answer calls or emails. I emailed saying that I they can take over my stuff cause I couldn't make payments anymore. When I was still renting it looked like my unit was broke into and I told them about it and they didn't say or do anything. I was recently charged $40 for a payment without consent.

Very sorry business practices. The owner does not answer phone calls or emails. Still trying to get my deposit back! And yes the drive up to the units is terrible we even got stuck in the mud! PLEASE GO ẞOME PLAÇE WHERE THEY DONT STEÀL YOUR DEPOSIT!
