Run down pasture no grass and a contaminated pond. In it for the money only with no investment towards the farm or reinvested into the soil. Many use East slope but their are several other boarding facilities in the area for half the price. They do have great training for their clients it seems that is how they reinvest. Doesn't take too much to teach, just experience and time. This place could look allot better and smell allot better. They did put in an orchard for personal use that looks nice.
