I adopted a cat from the shelter 5 years ago and they told me she needed to be spayed but in order to adopt her she had to be spayed at east side which was the veterinary practice they had a deal with. I agreed and payed for my new cat and a spay. The shelter would drop her off at east side and I would pick her up later in the day once her procedure was done.
