We started off having some trouble with the car we initially bought here. However, when we talked to the owner, he was very helpful and did everything he could to help us out and resolve the issue. We were able to trade the faulty car back in exchange for another one that will hopefully work better.
If it was possible, I would give -1 star. We got the car on a Friday and were assured that it was in good mechanical order. However, it broke down on Sunday. We brought it back the next day - they "fixed" it, brought it back to us on Wednesday, and it broke down again on Friday. So, I would think either this dealership is intentionally lying and selling crap, or they don't know what they do. At least their mechanics are worth nothing.
I was gonna write a long winded great review, but there’s no need to. My experience was top notch! John went far above and beyond, and gave me the best car buying experience I’ve had, and got me into the almost perfect vehicle to suit my needs/wants. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking.

Best used car experience imaginable. Between Fred and Sonia I received amazing service. They were helpful and friendly from the first meeting to closing. I'm 6'5" and they wouldn't even bother trying to show me something that I wouldn't fit in. I will be recommending East Side Truck and Auto to anyone I know when they're looking for a quality used vehicle.
