The owner of this storage is heartless. I paid for a storage unit a couple weeks ago paid for part of Dec and all of January. I literally have not even put a lock on the storage unit being that I didn't need it. I asked for a partial refund before Christmas and he refuses to give ne any of my money back. There is nothing in the contract about no refunds. I would not recommend using East Side storage. Absolutely disgusted with this man. And right around the holidays.
